Picturing the BEST you ... starts with your PRODUCTIVITY,
flows through your PURPOSE, and gives you POWER.
Finding your purpose starts with recognizing what you are good at. Sometimes, it’s adding bricks to what you’ve already built in your life, job, or service to others. “Finding your purpose” is a big statement, but often we discover it is as simply as identifying what makes you, you.
Not everyone is an actor or author. As glamorous as those careers may sound, not everyone enjoys acting or writing. Yet, every person holds an integral role in their purpose and we should appreciate each individual in our lives that contributes to helping us all fulfill our own.

the Most Important Tasks

There are plenty of scientific studies, books, and blogs about the positive effects simply being in nature provides.

Whether it is a walk while the sunrises, or watching the sunset along the edges of a riverbank, being by ourselves in nature and disconnecting from the busy world around us, is proven to provide peace and calm. Find a way to take a few minutes alone, or quietly with a companion, to relish in the natural beauty that God provides around us every day. Then, take in a deep breath and move forward.

What Comes Next...

People move from one task to another, often without taking a minute to simply relax and detach. It seems impossible sometimes to even get one minutes alone. However, we find ourselves simply replacing one stress for another when we don't start with our own mental wellness.

Once you take the few minutes to yourself, you'll find that not only are you more connected to yourself, you'll also find you are more prepared to complete your goals and ultimately your purpose.

"To finish the moment, to find the journey’s end in every step of the road, to live the greatest number of good hours, is wisdom."

- Ralph Waldo Emerson
